2) Production is in transition, from the production of other food products to organic food needs of 2-3 year transition period, while production of other food products (including green food and pollution-free food) is no transition period.

3) On the number of control, the organic food certification requirements set plot, set production quantity, and other foods are not so strict requirement. The production of organic food is much more difficult than other food production, need to set up a all new production system and monitoring system, dopt relavant pest control, soil protection, seed cultivation, processing and storage, and other alternative technologies.
